Shipping policy

Order Processing Time All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with a tracking number when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We primarily use USPS Ground Advantage and Priority Mail. Please note that any delivery dates provided are estimates, not guarantees.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages Once a package is handed over to the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.) and scanned into their system, TopNotchTCG is no longer liable for the package. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages, nor are we responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered by the buyer at checkout. If your tracking shows as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact your local post office.

International Shipping At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
