Shipping policy

Order Processing Time All orders are dispatched within 24 hours on business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with a tracking number when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping is free and fully tracked on every order — no minimum, and no surprise charges at checkout. We primarily use USPS Ground Advantage and Priority Mail. Please note that any delivery dates provided are estimates, not guarantees.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages Once a package is handed over to the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.) and scanned into their system, TopNotchTCG is no longer liable for the package. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages, nor are we responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered by the buyer at checkout. If your tracking shows as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact your local post office. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours — damage in transit is covered under our Refund Policy.

International Shipping At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
