Where is my order?

Every order ships with tracked USPS or UPS service. Here is the fastest way to find your tracking link:

Option 1: Your email confirmation

The moment your order ships, we email you a link titled "View your order". Tap it — that page shows live tracking status pulled directly from the carrier. Check your inbox and spam folder for an email from noah@topnotchtcg.net with subject line containing your order number.

Option 2: Your account

If you checked out with an account, all your orders + tracking are at topnotchtcg.com/account. Sign in, click any order, see tracking.

Option 3: Email us

Lost the email and don't have an account? Send us your order number (or just the email + name you ordered with) at noah@topnotchtcg.net. Real human replies within 24 hours. Usually faster.

What the shipping milestones mean

  • Order received — we have your order, payment captured, packing queue.
  • Packed & sealed — box weighed against known-good baseline, authenticity check passed, shrink wrap photographed for our records.
  • Shipped — carrier picked up. Tracking number live.
  • In transit — moving through the carrier network. Standard window 3–5 business days from ship date.
  • Delivered — carrier marked it delivered. If your tracking shows delivered but you don't have the box, contact the carrier first (usually they have it at a neighbor or carrier hub) and let us know if it stays missing.

Common questions

Q: My tracking hasn't updated in 2 days. A: Normal during transit. USPS/UPS scan at major hubs only. Don't worry unless 5+ days pass without a scan.

Q: My package shows delivered but I don't have it. A: 95% of the time it is at a neighbor, in a leasing office, or carriers scanned it early. File a missing-mail claim with the carrier first. We will help with documentation.

Q: Can I change my shipping address after ordering? A: Only if the order has not yet shipped. Email noah@topnotchtcg.net immediately with your order number and new address.

Q: Do you ship internationally? A: No, US only. See our Shipping Policy for details.
