Refund policy
ALL SALES FINAL ON SEALED PRODUCT. Due to the collectible nature and market volatility of trading card products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on sealed booster boxes, master cases, or sealed packs once an order has shipped. This policy protects every customer from receiving weighed, searched, or tampered product.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled and fully refunded only if the request is received and acknowledged before the shipping label has been printed and handed to the carrier. Once the package has shipped, it cannot be canceled — please contact us at noah@topnotchtcg.net as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives visibly damaged or the product inside is compromised, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at noah@topnotchtcg.net with photos of (1) the outer shipping box, (2) the product as it arrived, and (3) any visible damage. We will work with you on a replacement, store credit, or refund — your call.
Wrong Item Received
If the product you received does not match what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order number. We will cover return shipping and either send the correct item or issue a full refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Every order ships with tracking. We are not responsible for packages marked "Delivered" by the carrier that did not actually arrive — that is a claim that must be filed with the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.) directly. We will provide tracking documentation and assist with the claim, but we cannot replace lost-in-mail packages at our cost. If you are concerned, ask us to add signature confirmation before checkout.
What We Will Not Do
- We will not accept returns of opened sealed product, even if the buyer claims they did not open it. Once shrink wrap is broken, we cannot resell as factory-sealed.
- We will not refund based on the cards pulled from a sealed box or pack — pull rates are inherent to the product, not within our control.
- We will not honor return requests filed more than 48 hours after delivery.
