What "authentic" means at TopNotchTCG
Every booster box and master case we sell is factory-sealed and sourced directly from Kayou's authorized distribution channels. We do not buy from individuals, repackagers, eBay resellers, or grey-market importers. If we can't verify the supply chain, we don't sell it.
Our four-step verification
- Distributor receipt — Every shipment is logged against a distributor invoice. We retain the paperwork for every batch in case a buyer ever asks.
- Outer-case seal check — Master cases arrive with an unbroken Kayou factory tape and lot stamp. If a case has been opened in transit, we reject it.
- Per-box weight check — Sealed Kayou boxes have a tightly consistent weight range. We weigh every individual box and pull anything that falls outside spec — that's our front-line check against weighed/searched repacks.
- Sealed shipment — Your booster box ships in its original shrink wrap, untouched. We never open boxes "to verify contents" and reseal — that's a counterfeiter's tactic.
What we won't do
- We won't weigh, search, or pre-open packs.
- We won't resell returned product as new.
- We won't buy product from sources we can't verify, even if the price is right.
If something looks off
If you ever receive a product from us where the shrink wrap is compromised, the Kayou seal is missing, or anything seems wrong — contact us within 48 hours of delivery at noah@topnotchtcg.net with photos and we'll make it right. Replacement, refund, store credit — your call.
Why this matters for Kayou Naruto specifically
The Kayou Naruto market has been hit hard by counterfeit and weighed product since 2023. Buyers on Reddit and Discord have been burned by AliExpress repacks, "deal" eBay listings, and warehouse leftovers that were searched for chase rarities and resealed. We exist because we got tired of seeing it. Every box you buy from us is exactly as it left the Kayou distributor.
